Head north and step even further away from the maddening crowd visiting national reserves such as Mount Meru, Sambura and Shaba with their exquisite mountains, savannah and desert scrub scenery. Home to northern speciality species like reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, beisa oxryx and gernuk as well as your traditional big game the north is a fascinating and unique contrast to the Masai Mara.

Our reservations staff can help you plan your Safari as well as arrange road transfers and overnight stays in hotels close to the airport should you need. We can also help plan the perfect itinerary, arrange special occasion Safaris such as Weddings, honeymoons and anniversaries.

  • DAY 1
    Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

    -You'll be picked up from your hotel or airport in Nairobi at 7.30 am.

    -Drive to Samburu National Reserve for approximately 5-6hrs.

    -Arrive at the camp or lodge for lunch and relaxation.

    -Head out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve which is rich in wildlife with fame for abundance in rare northern specialist species such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, and the Beisa Oryx (Also referred to as Samburu Special) until sunset. The reserve is also popular with a minimum of 900 elephants.

    -Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 2
    Samburu National Reserve

    -Early Breakfast at the camp or lodge.

    -After breakfast proceed for a morning game drive in the Samburu National Reserve for sunrise game drives until noon.

    -Return to the lodge for hot lunch.

    -Relax and enjoy hotel amenities such as swimming etc.

    -Thereafter head out for an evening safari until the African sunset.

    -Return to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 3
    Samburu to Olpejeta Conservancy

    -Early breakfast at the camp/ lodge.

    -Checkout at the lodge with en-route game drives then drive to Olpejeta conservancy, approximately 3hrs drive.

    -Arrive at the camp for lunch and check-in.

    -Afternoon game drives at Olpejeta conservancy until sunset.

    -Return to the lodge for dinner and have an over night stay.

  • DAY 4
    Olpejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru

    -Early breakfast at the lodge or camp.

    -Check out with luggage and drive to Lake Nakuru for an approximate of 5hrs drive.

    -Arrive for lunch and relaxation at the camp or lodge.

    -After lunch head out on afternoon game drives at Lake Nakuru National Park, it's also known for its famous species such as black rhinos, lions, Rothschild giraffes, and other wildlife game in the park until sunset.

    -Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 5
    Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

    -Early breakfast at the camp or lodge.

    -Check out of the lodge and drive to Masai Mara which is 5-6hrs drive.

    -Arrive at the camp or lodge for lunch and check in.

    -After lunch and relaxation head for an afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve till late in the sunset where you get to see various Wide-open grass plains and, scattered acacia bush that is a host to a wide variety of wildlife of the BIG FIVE such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, the endangered black rhino and wildebeests with roof wide open.

    -Return to the lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 6
    Maasai Mara National Reserve

    -Early breakfast at the camp or lodge.

    -After breakfast, early morning guests will set off for a full day in the Masai Mara National Reserve in search of the Big five of Africa under the open roof of a tour vehicle with packed lunch that will be served as picnic lunch in the wild savannah. The Big Five of Africa are the African Elephant, the lion, rhino, buffalo, and the leopard and a variety of bird species of more than 200 species and herbivores such as zebras, wildebeest in great numbers en-route to the Great Mara River where the 8th wonder of the world happens every year from July to August called The Great Wildebeest Migration. You will view this amazing wildlife whilst on the full day game drive from the open rooftop of the vehicle for great views and photography until late in the afternoon.

    -Return back to the lodge for diner and overnight stay at the camp or lodge.

  • DAY 7
    Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha

    -Early breakfast at the lodge or camp

    -Check out with luggage and drive to Lake Naivasha which is 5hrs drive.

    -Drive via The Great Rift Valley, stop for around 15 mins and take photos as we proceed to our destination.

    -Arrive for lunch at the lodge/camp.

    -Head out for afternoon Lake Naivasha boat rides along the shores of Lake Naivasha and walking safaris at the crescent island at Lake Naivasha for around 2 - 3 hrs.

    -Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 8
    Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

    -Early breakfast at the lodge or Camp.

    -Drive to Amboseli National park for approximately 5-6hrs.

    -Arrive at the camp or lodge for lunch and relaxation.

    -Proceed for an afternoon game drive from 3.30 pm until sunset. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest Mountain. The Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.

    -Return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 9
    Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

    -Early breakfast at the lodge or camp.

    -After breakfast proceed for a morning game drive in the Amboseli National Park till 10.00 am where you get a chance to see the African sunrise and moment when the animals are very active morning hours.

    -Thereafter drive back to Nairobi arriving late in the afternoon and be dropped at your hotel or airport.
