Mount Kenya Royal Cottages is a stopover with nicely furnished spacious rooms with comfortable rooms and hot water. The Mount Kenya Cottages are located a kilometer from the Nanyuki Airstrip There are Masai Moran’s always at hand to welcome and entertain the guests. The wine bar and restaurant offers a variety of wines, beers and mouthwatering dishes. The lodge is a peaceful environment.

Naro Moru River Lodge

Naro Moru River Lodge is the situated in a convenient base for climbing Mt. Kenya. The lodge is set in beautiful tropical gardens along the banks of the Naro Moru River, fed by the snows of Mount Kenya and is well stocked with brown & rainbow trout. The location is one of the finest ornithological sites in Kenya with an exceptional variety of bird life. Naro Moru River Lodge consists of 19 deluxe cottages with 2 double beds, bathrooms and toilet and fireplace with sitting room area all elegantly furnished in pine 12 standard cottages with double and single beds and separate bathroom and toilet 12 self-service cottages of varying sizes geared to the family Rooms well equipped with ensuite bathrooms and pine furnishings. Bed linen duvets and pillows are also provided. Each one blends perfectly into their natural surroundings providing a good level of comfort and warmth throughout the year. The cottages and country homes come with the advantage of a tree lined walkway and verandah that has a picnic table and allows eating alfresco. The lodge is camping site very popular for institutions and traveling groups. The site has an outdoor kitchen and electrical hook-up facilities. It also has a campers’ shower and toilet block with solar hot water supply, a washing up area, laundry facilities and ironing equipment.


Offbeat Meru Camp

Offbeat Meru Camp is a luxury semi-permanent camp located just outside Meru National Park about 350 km from Kenya’s capital city, Nairobi. The camp is small, traditional and located on the edge of Meru National Park in the Bisanadi National Reserve.The camp consists of only 6 tents – 3 twins and 3 doubles. Each tent is furnished with a large bed, its own en-suite bathroom, traditional bucket shower and flushing toilet. while the rest of the camp is lit by traditional ’tilly’ lamps. Informal dining is hosted in the mess tent or around the campfire. There is also a spacious ‘mess’ tent with comfortable sofas, a writing table and bar. Activities include day and evening game drives; bush breakfasts, picnics and sundowners; fly fishing in the local rivers. This area of Kenya gets quite hot during the dry season. After an active morning in the bush there’s no better feeling than coming back to camp and cooling off in the stunning infinity swimming pool watching the wildlife as it comes to drink from the Bisanadi River below you.


Serena Mountain Lodge

Serena Mountain Lodge is located in prime forests of Kenya’s highest mountain; Mount Kenya. The Hotel is actually a timber tree hotel. The Lodge is situated on the lower slopes of the mountain; the lodge is cool, tranquil and hushed for optimum game-sightings.
